The fully cold-shrinkable cable termination is suitable for protecting outdoor overhead line outgoing lines and indoor transformer incoming lines. It is made of imported silicone rubber and is a new type of cable accessory integrating a stress cone, umbrella skirt, and insulation. The conductive silicone rubber stress cone is compounded inside the insulation of the accessory, which reliably improves the electric field distribution at the cut-off of the cable shielding.

The fully cold-shrinkable cable joint is applicable to the intermediate connection of 10-35kV three-core (single-core) XLPE cables. It adopts a three-layer structure: the inner semi-conductive layer can effectively balance the electric field distribution of the cable connection part; the middle layer is a silicone rubber main insulation layer with stress control function; the outer semi-conductive layer connects the outer semi-conductive layers of the cables together. The waterproof method also adopts a three-layer waterproof design, which can fully ensure its operation in water. The installation is simple and quick without any special tools. It is made of high-quality silicone rubber materials, featuring reliable insulation performance, resistance to electric corrosion, high temperature, acid and alkali. Its excellent elasticity enables the intermediate joint to have a constant shrinkage force, avoiding insulation dead corners caused by cable bending.

The fully cold-shrinkable cable accessories are suitable for pre-treatment before installing plug-in cable joints in various electrical equipment, and can meet the requirements of sealing, grounding, moisture-proof and other treatments for 10~35kV XLPE insulated power cables.

No need for fire work or special tools, and free from the trouble of gradual (sleeving in gradually). It only requires gently pulling out the core rope, and it will shrink back by its own elasticity to tightly attach to the cable. Each specification can be applied to multiple cable diameters, with strong compatibility for cable diameters.

Imported liquid silicone rubber is adopted to ensure excellent insulation and high recovery elasticity. After installation, it always provides constant and lasting radial pressure to the cable body, with low partial discharge, and "breathes" in sync with the cable body.

The terminal body is matched with cold-shrinkable branch gloves, cold-shrinkable insulation tubes and cold-shrinkable terminal sealing tubes; the intermediate joint adopts a three-layer waterproof sealing process, along with excellent sealing performance and hydrophobicity, ensuring the accessory has excellent elastic sealing and moisture-proof performance.

The installation is simple, with low technical dependence on operation, making it easy to master. During cable pre-treatment, the stripping distance is short, and the required installation space is small. The grounding method uses a constant-force spring to fix the ground wire, without the need for welding or copper binding wire, which is more efficient and reliable.

It features anti-pollution, anti-aging, good hydrophobicity, electrical resistance, corrosion resistance and UV resistance, ensuring stable performance during long-term use. It has excellent cold resistance, and is particularly suitable for high-altitude areas, cold areas, humid areas, salt-fog areas and heavy-pollution areas.
